1) Check the physical connectivity of your printer:
If your canon printer setup is showing the status offline then the first thing you should check is connectivity you can check the connectivity by these 3 ways:

Check both sides of the connection if the USB cable is firmly connected or not.

Again right-click on spooler and select Properties go in the startup type select automatic and press OK.

3) Disable “use printer offline” feature:
There might be chances you have enabled the ‘use printer offline’ feature disabling this feature can be helpful, follow these simple steps to disable this feature:

Open Control panel select Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.

right-click on your printer from the printers catalog and select See what’s printing.

Click the printer and check if the ‘use printer offline’ is unchecked

Click the printer again and select Cancel All Documents.

Check if your system started printing or not.
4) Update the canon printer driver/software:
If all the above 3 options are not helpful then there is some error with your printer driver you must uninstall the current version and go for the updated version:

Press Window+R and type devmgmt.msc in the box and click OK.

Find the Canon printer under the printer Queues. and select uninstall the device.

Download the latest version of the printer driver.
5) Uncheck “SNMP Status disabled”:
SNMP is used for network management. The simple network management protocol (SNMP) is used to collect information from the printer and manage the information accordingly. If disabling it makes any difference let us check, follow these simple steps to disable SNMP:

Find your printer icon, right-click on it, and select Properties as described above.

Click on its Ports

Click on Configure Port

Clear the check mark in SNMP Status Enabled by clicking on the checkbox. Then, press the OK button to apply the change and close the window.
